I really appreciate for the public phone is still working if it is not I don't know how to contact anybody else. I thought it was terrible disaster, but he should be tough. I sympathize with him who may lost his beloved. He wanted to know some other information of flooding news. If I were there, I would do in the same way.
I wonder why he used a public phone and not a mobile phone ;-).
